The rules for using Zoe, in plain language.
Last updated 15 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and VajraCode (“we”, “us”), the operator of Zoe at https://zoeai.info. By creating an account or using Zoe, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Zoe.
1. Who can use Zoe
You must be at least 16 years old and able to make a binding agreement. If you use Zoe for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
2. What Zoe is
Zoe is an AI assistant. She generates replies with third-party AI models, so what she says can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, even when it sounds sure. You are responsible for checking anything you rely on.
Zoe is not a lawyer, doctor, therapist, accountant or financial adviser, and nothing she says is professional advice. For legal, medical, financial or safety decisions, consult a qualified person. If you are in danger or in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
3. Your account
You sign in with an email link or with Google. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under it. Give us accurate information.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to follow the acceptable use rules. We may refuse, limit or stop a use that breaks them, and Zoe may decline requests that would cause harm.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you write to Zoe and of the answers you receive, as far as the law allows. You give us permission to process your content to run the service: to store it, to send it to our AI provider to produce replies, and to show it back to you. We do not sell your content. The privacy policy explains what happens to your data.
Do not send content you have no right to share, and do not send other people’s private data without a good reason.
6. Plans and limits
Free accounts have a daily message limit, which we may change. Paid plans are not open yet. When they open, their price, billing and cancellation terms will be shown before you pay and will be added to these terms. Until then, no payment is taken.
7. Information about Office CRM Platform
Zoe can describe Office CRM Platform, a product of VajraCode. What she says is information, not an offer. A purchase is governed by the licence and terms on the product’s own pages at www.vajracode.com, and the product listing is the source of truth.
8. Availability
We work to keep Zoe available, but she is provided “as is” and “as available”. She may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn, and we do not promise she will always work or be error-free.
9. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and consumer rights in the European Union. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that results from relying on Zoe’s answers, for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss we could not reasonably foresee. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, or to USD 100 if you paid nothing.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Zoe at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the privacy policy). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others or the service at risk.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in Zoe or by email before it applies. Using Zoe after a change means you accept it.
12. Law and contact
Governing law and courts: to be confirmed before publication. Questions about these terms: zoe@zoeai.info.
