Common questions
- What counts as a message?
- Each message you send to Zoe. Her replies do not count. Your allowance is a rolling 24 hours from your first message of the day, and the Usage page in Settings shows how much is left.
- What happens when I reach the limit?
- You can still read your conversations. Sending resumes when the 24 hours end, and Zoe tells you roughly when that is.
- Is paid billing available?
- Not yet. The prices above are what we plan to charge and may change before launch. Join the waitlist and we will write to you once, when it opens.
- Does Zoe sell Office CRM Platform?
- Zoe is made by VajraCode, who also make Office CRM Platform. Zoe can tell you what it includes and how to try it. Her plans are separate from the product’s own licences.
